These terms cover the pageport website, waitlist, and early beta participation.
What pageport is
pageport is a browser-extension product in early development for marketers who turn public, list-like web pages into clean Sheets or CSV exports. The website is a waitlist and beta intake surface, not a guarantee of access or a completed commercial service.
Permitted use
Use pageport only with public pages that you are allowed to access and export. You are responsible for following site terms, privacy laws, intellectual property rules, rate limits, and customer or employer policies that apply to the pages you bring.
Prohibited use
Do not use pageport to bypass CAPTCHA, paywalls, access controls, robots restrictions, private accounts, confidential systems, or any page where you lack permission. Do not submit secrets, credentials, protected personal data, or unlawful material through the website or beta process.
Beta availability
The beta may change, pause, or stop while pageport validates real marketer workflows. Early results can be incomplete, and exports should be reviewed before you rely on them for business decisions.
Accounts and payments
The current website is waitlist-first. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, cancellation rights, and refund details will be shown before purchase and will be handled under the refund policy linked from this site.
Content and feedback
You keep rights to the materials you provide. You allow pageport to use beta feedback, workflow descriptions, and non-confidential examples to evaluate, improve, and support the product. Do not provide material you are not allowed to share.
No scraping guarantees
pageport does not promise that every page can be extracted, that exports are error-free, or that using the product will produce rankings, leads, sales, or growth outcomes.
