Refund policy
Refund policy for pageport
This policy keeps payment expectations clear while pageport is still waitlist-first.
Current status
pageport is currently waitlist-based. The public website does not collect payment, so there is no charge to refund for joining the waitlist or sending a beta request.
If paid access opens
If pageport offers a paid beta, subscription, or export package, the purchase page will show the price, billing interval, included usage, cancellation path, and any plan-specific refund limits before checkout.
Refund requests
For a first paid subscription charge, you can request a refund within 14 days if pageport materially fails to provide the access or export capability described at purchase. Send the order email, billing date, and issue by email.
Non-refundable cases
Completed concierge work, completed custom extraction reviews, abusive use, chargebacks made without first contacting support, and usage that violates the terms may be ineligible for a refund.
Cancellations
Future subscriptions can be canceled before the next renewal period. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically refund prior periods that were already provided.
